Florical takes pride in offering systems that are robust and "bullet proof", however, if assistance is needed , Florical Systems offers Non-emergency and configuration support during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, except holidays). Please take the following steps to better enable us to help you:

  • Check your system screen for current device status and other error indicators.
  • Check the "as run logs" for automatically logged information about previous events.
  • If your question is device specific, record the name, model and version of firmware of the device.
