OrderEntry is a Traffic System for ShowTimer's scheduled acquisition. OrderEntry automatically creates daily ShowTimer schedules from long-term orders (record contracts) or one-time "special orders". Plan asset availability by viewing equipment conflicts in current and future schedules. OrderEntry eliminates redundant data-entry and reduces errors. Enter Satellite/Receiver/router parameters for each order once and let OrderEntry automatically create daily record schedules for ShowTimer.

Set record for up to 3 simultaneous destinations (for primary and up to 2 backup records)

Refeed data setup for quick refeed insert into ShowTimer Schedule. In ShowTimer select "get-refeed" and a new order is instantly inserted into the schedule with all filename, metadata, satellite, receiver and destination information.

Create and edit record schedules as far in advance as desired.

Populate a drop-down list in MediaFiler that "requires operator review" before material can be aired. All metadata information from OrderEntry is available throughout the Florical system therefore operators only need to mark SOM and EOM to prepare file for air.
