Philippe Generali, President & CEO
Philippe Generali is the President/CEO of Florical Systems. He joined RCS USA in 1996 as Product Manager and served as Vice President of Operations in 1997. In 2003, he created, a new division, Media Monitors, the highly successful market research company. In 2007, Philippe became the President/CEO of the RCS/Prophet merged company – RCS. Then, RCS acquired Florical Systems in 2004 and Philippe took the reins of the company. Philippe is also the President/CEO of the North American music research company Mediabase, based in Los Angeles, CA.
Prior to joining RCS in the United States, Generali was the head of RCS Europe, where he spearheaded the company's growth for more than a decade. Generali is an established leader in computer technology and management, stemming from his early school days in radio, a technical engineering background, and 12 years of experience at marketing and running high-tech businesses. He earned a degree in Math/Physics at the University of Orleans, and later graduated with a Masters of Engineering degree from ENAC in France in 1983. Generali resides in Scarsdale, New York, with his wife and two sons. Philippe recently became a citizen of the United States.
Shawn Maynard, Vice President & General Manager
Shawn is the Vice President and General Manager and has been with Florical Systems since 2006 . He was the Director of Operations from 2001-2006 for the Southeast Hub at NBC Universal in Miami, FL. Shawn attended Marshall University where he received a degree in Psychology . Shawn is married to Jennifer his wife and they have five children.
Ashley D. Condon, Director of Sales
Ash started with FLORICAL in 2001. Since joining Florical Systems, Condon has worked as production manager (project management, build, QC, and test) from 2001-2007 before moving into sales. Attended University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. Cisco Enterprise Network Academy graduate. Microsoft MCP certified. He claims he is a very bad golfer, but a great dancer.
